He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Alfred and Wilma Jean Sypolt Poling; his brothers-in-law, Robert Gidley and Ralph Hauger; and his nephew Gary A. Poling, Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Fred Poling of Terra Alta, Gary Poling (Sue) of Terra Alta, Linda Gidley of Kingwood and Kathy Hauger of Terra Alta; his stepchildren, Gary L. Lawrence and Lisa McGuire; and his nieces and nephews, Daniel Poling, Robert, Dustin Gidley, Dia Worrell, Jason, Tonya and Anna. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
