He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Codditon Feather and Mildred Virginia Feather (Harriman); his wife Phyllis E. Feather; his sons, Rodger Feather (Angela) and Mike Feather; and his brother Robert Feather.
He is survived by: his children, Mildred "Midge" Ray (Scot) of Terra Alta and David Feather of Capon Bridge, WV; and his grandchildren, Justin, Chad, Melony, Jordan, Rachel, Josh, Alisa, Brooke, Stephanie, Alan, Teresa and Holly. He is also survived by 30 great grandchildren.
