She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Howard and Lillian Bucklew Lipscomb; her husband David "Dave" Kelly; her daughters, Katherine Ann, Donna Zimmerman (Jim) and Karen Spiker; and her siblings, Janet Cuppett, George Lipscomb and Howard "Andy" Lipscomb.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Kelly of Terra Alta, Ronald Kelly (Juanita) of Terra Alta, Joseph Kelly of Atlanta, GA and Barbara "Bobbi" Wiles (Rex); her son-in-law Richard Spiker of Terra Alta; her friend Mike Cooper of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Brian Spiker (Jennifer), Cindy Argabrite (Jon), Scott Kelly (Elisa Cooke), Craig Kelly (Nicole), Meghan Foley (Sean), Jillian Kelly (Al Kool), Bradley Zimmerman (Caroline), Andrew Zimmerman (Carlie), David Kelly (Katie), Douglas Kelly (Jessica), Michelle Dixon (Jonathan), Jason Kelly (Terri), Justin Kelly (Corey) and Christopher Kelly (Catie); and her stepgrandsons, Kevin Wiles (Carol) and Joshua Wiles (Ashley). She is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren.
