He was predeceased by: his parents, Oley Withrow and Gladys Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Diane Withrow; his children, Jeffrey Withrow (Meredith) of Barboursville and Leanne Stowers (Derrick) of St. Albans; his siblings, Richard Withrow (Teresa) of Dunbar, Lois Douglas, Gail Withrow of Charleston and Alan Withrow (Belva) of Hurricane; and his granddaughters, Lauryn Stowers, Emma Withrow, Lindsey Stowers, Ellie Withrow and Dulci Withrow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV.
