Cassell Perkins of Buckhannon; and his siblings, Guy Perkins, Jr. (Wanda) of Sanford, FL, Virgil Perkins (Susie) of Buckhannon, Marie Chestnut (Bernard), Edith Given (Johnny) of Buckhannon, Jean Smallridge (Nolan) of Ten Mile, Patricia Zickefoose of Buckhannon and Jacqueline Wamsley (Michael) of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
