He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bailey and Hazel Foy Bailey; his wife Bettie Bailey; his son Gary Bailey; and his siblings, Arthur, Ward, Harry, Ralph, Bill, Carl, Keith Bailey, Norma Tenney and Hope DeBarr.
He is survived by: his son Bryan Bailey of Buckhannon; and his brothers, Bob Bailey (Rita) of Akron, OH and Earl Bailey (Joan) of Fairmont, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bailey Cemetery in c/o Steve or Donna Perkins, 669 Bailey Ridge Road, Buckhannon, WV 26201.
