She is survived by: her husband Elmer Kelley of Tallmansville; her children, Elmer Kelley, Jr. (Melissa) of Tallmansville, Jody Kelley (Klara) of Buckhannon, Teresa Booth (Garvin) of Moundsville, WV, Rebecca Hoover (Richard) of Tallmansville, Kimberly Mitchell (Brian) of Tallmansville and Rachel Kelley of Buckhannon; her siblings, Dwight "Ike" of Buckhannon, Eugene of Buckhannon, John Herron of Buckhannon, Hilda "Tay" Wagoner of Tallmansville, Linda Kelley of Buckhannon and Brenda DeMoss (Carol) of French Creek, WV; and her sister-in-law June Herron. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home (95 S Kanawha St, Buckhannon, WV 26201). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
