We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2024, at the age of 83, Joyce Ann Thorpe of Tallmansville, West Virginia, born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Joyce Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joyce Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Elmer and Violet Esther Morford Lucas; her husband Raymond Thorpe; her grandsons, Curtis, Jacob Harsh and Joshua Thorpe; and her siblings, Dave, Dale Lucas and Frances Hanby.
She is survived by : her children, Chris Thorpe of Lake Alfred, FL, Greg Thorpe of Tallmansville and Carrie Harsh of Tallmansville; and her siblings, Steve Lucas of Freeport, PA and Sharon Perine of Freeport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
