He was predeceased by: his parents, Argel Harry and Rose Anderson Cutlip. He is survived by: his sisters, Rita Garvin, Helen Barnett and Cynthia Sanders; his children, Rodney Allan Cutlip (Virginia) of Berkley Springs, Peggy Jo Jones (Bobby Dalton) of Gun Barrell, TX and Christina McFarlin (Darren) of Tallmansville; and his siblings, Gene Cutlip of Louisa, VA, Steve Cutlip of Tennerton, Janet (Moundsville) and Darlene Hunter of Wheeling. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
