He is survived by: his wife Hilda Wagoner of Tallmansville; his children, Charles Wagoner (Shannon) of Buckhannon, Jeffery Wagoner of Cutright Chapel, WV and Debra Hanifan (Kelmer) of Cutright Chapel; his grandchildren, Larry Wagoner of Buckhannon, Dewaine Wagoner (Mackenzie) of Buckhannon, Willie Hanifan (Tina) of Queens, WV and Harley Wagoner of Cutright Chapel; his great grandchildren, Ronald of Queens and Kyle Hanifan of Queens; and his siblings, Armeta Auskings of Buckhannon and Richard Zickefoose of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
