She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Adkins (Margaret) of True, Cletis Adkins (Sue Ellen) of Hilldale, James Adkins of Hilldale, David Adkins (Julie) of Hilldale, Melda Phillips of Lerona and Carolyn Sherwood of Hilldale; her caregiver Angie Beavers of Talcott; her close friend Pam Mullins; and her sisters-in-law, Nadine Freeman Bowles of Speedway and Phyllis Freeman White of Speedway. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
