He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Boothby, Jeannie Browning, Melissa McGlothlin (Jon) and Lisa Cales (Samantha); his grandchildren, Kathryn, Nancy, Rachel, Lillian, Levi, Austin, Dixie, Brandon, Justin, Heather, Ashley and Celese; and his great grandchildren, Harrison and Mallorie.
