He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Bruce and Mable C. Dunn Halloran; his wife Betty Lou Boyd Halloran; his daughter Jo Ellen Richmond; and his siblings, Alice Monroe, Marion Wallace, Percy "Brud" Halloran and Billy Dan Halloran.
He is survived by: his sons, E. C. "Eddie" Halloran, Jr. of Talcott and Tim Halloran (Reva) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Susan Belue (Jason), Mandi Lowry (Loyd), Joseph Richmond, Hope Jones (Brent), Daniel Halloran (Karen), Hannah Golden (Mark) and Cameron Halloran (Franki); and his great grandchildren, Kristen, Alex, Ashley, Mathew, Lucas, Alison, Audra, Andrew, Olivia, Lily, Jack, Adrian and Magnolia.
