She was predeceased by : her parents, William Lowe and Ada Lewis Lowe; her siblings, Candy Trent, Lynn Humphrey, Sandy Carter, David Lee Lowe, Jerry Lowe and Darrel Lowe; and her parents-in-law, Charles and Elois Dillon.

She is survived by : her husband Jimmy Dillon; her daughters, Mindy Russell (Courtney), Wendy Canterbury (Kevin) and Sarah Dillon (Arnold Gilman); her siblings, Kay Ball and Bill Lowe; her grandchildren, Kevin Canterbury Jr., Damion Canterbury, Kraven Canterbury, Kelis Russell, Shyana Cooper and Zoe Eplin; her great grandchild Khonsu Canterbury; and her granddaughter Jessica Trent (Cadence Rose). She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Abundant Life Worship Center (741 Stratton St, Logan, WV 25601).
