He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Crum and Hazel Crum; his sister Sheila Kaye Crum; and his cousins, Stanley Litteral, Polly Wilburn Mullins, Terri Litteral Martin and Emma Jean Booth.
He is survived by: his siblings, Woodrow Kennith Crum, Ruby Spradlin and Lucy Crum of Monaville; his nephew Geoffrey Michael Blankenship (Rachel) of South Point; his great-nephews, Zane and Owen; his great-niece Vera Rose; his nephew Jack Blankenship (Audrey) of Logan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan of Logan and Jackie Lynn of Streets Boro, Ohio; his nephew Andrew Thomas Glycadgis III; his great-nephew Caleb Garret of Monaville; his nephew Robert Spradlin (Kimmy) of Monaville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, James Robert and Tiffani; his nieces and nephews, Cherry Hatfield (Billy) of Charleston, Charles Skidmore of Switzer and Jamie Lee Mullins (Greg) of Chauncey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michelle, Ashlee and Kailyn; his nieces and nephews, Shane Michael, Kennadee Yvonne, Raistlin Cook of Rossmore and Samantha Chafin (Matt) of Omar; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Sidney Crum of Monaville, April Bevino and James May of West Logan; and his close friends, Rick Ramirez and Rick Wood (Mooney).
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and the CDC's guidelines for large gatherings only 25 people will be allowed in the facility at one time.
