He is survived by: his sons, Franklin Adkins of Logan, Brian L. Adkins of Sanford and Mark A. Adkins of Elkton; his sister Loretta Adkins Mormino of Houston; and his grandchild Andromeda. He is also survived by 5 nieces and several cousins.
