She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Adams and Virginia Adams; her siblings, Eldridge, Woodrow, Tennis, Grover, Daniel Lee Adams, Sylvia DeHart and Opal Adkins; and her nephew Denny Ray Adams.
She is survived by: her significant other John McKinney; her children, Checko Collins Sr. (Shelly), Trapper Collins (Dee Dee) and Amber Griffin (Andy); her siblings, Jerry Adams, Willard Adams, Larry Adams (Sandy), Robert Adams and Florence DeHart (Richard); her grandchildren, Jonathon White, Dylan White, Reece Collins, Sophia Collins, Tristian Collins, Cody Piercey and Keagan Bryant; her nephews, Joey Adams and Richard "Bird" DeHart (Kayleigh); and her niece Sheila DeHart (Michael Riffe).
The family is requesting in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Collins Funeral Home to help with funeral arrangements.
