In the vast expanse of eternity, O'Dell William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid O'Dell William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Janet Roberts (Basadre) of Switzer, WV; his daughters, Wendy Simpson (Aaron) of Michigan and Stacy Butcher (Mark) of Grafton, WV; his grandchildren, Ian Simpson, Eli Simpson, Zoey Basadre and Kylee Butcher; and his siblings, Jim Damron (Edie) of Ohio, Vince "Eddie" Damron (Rie) of Japan and Sandra Craddock of Rocky Branch, WV.

A graveside service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (42 Highland Memory Ln, Chapmanville, WV 25508).
