She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thompson and Kansa Thompson (Stacy); her husband Thurmand Baisden; and her sons, Lawrence Blankenship, Jack, Charlie and Gary Blankenship.
She is survived by: her niece Kathleen Butcher (Earnest "Tub"); her great-nieces, Nancy Kirk and Tammy Kirk; and her nephew Jimmy Thompson. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.
