Balentine; her husband Buford Dale Tackett; her son Mark Tackett (Michelle); and her siblings, Laura Bell Spence (Charles), Florance Addair (Robert), Sue Balentine, Rene Balentine, Rush Balentine (Wanda), Wilburn Balentine (Melba), Jeff Balentine, Paul Balentine (Polly), Dell Balentine (Delores) and Earl Balentine (Joyce).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Meade (Wallace) of Logan and W. Va; her daughter-in-law Michelle Tackett (Ward); her grandchildren, Justin Tackett (Andrea), Joshua Tackett (Kaylin), Tyler Tackett, Cassidy Abshire, Hanna Jackson (Alex), Natalie Racki (Daniel), Ryan Tackett (Caiti), Morgan Ward, Jenna Adkins (Tyler) and Amanda Mullins (Eugene); and her great grandchildren, Kynlie Tackett, Cooper Tackett, Jayce Tackett, Everly Jackson, Isabelle Racki, Alivia Johnson and Emilee Mullins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (5452 Jerry W Hwy, Switzer, WV 25647). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
