He was predeceased by: his stepfather Columbus Meade; his sister Christine Hodges; his uncles, Terry and Joe Hodges; and his nephew Phillip Ward Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Baxter (Jackie); his parents, Linda Meade and George Baxter; his children, Celena Baxter (Tim) and Phillip Dingess (Jamie); his grandchildren, KayDa Burns, Jayson and Ryen Rocque; and his siblings, Dreama Williams (Fred), Tammy Fields (Steven), Sherrie Baxter, Jamie Meade, Paul and Michael Meade.
Due to the CDC and West Virginia's recent mandate on public gatherings relating to COVID-19 pandemic, we will keep it to 10 or less visitors at a time in the funeral home so please plan your visit accordingly.
