He was predeceased by : his parents, Connell Ray Marcum and Lutisha Crane; his brother Roy L. "Squirt" Marcum; and his girlfriend Nila Conner. He is survived by : his sons, Jeffrey Sean Marcum, Sean Michael Bauer Marcum and Brandon Frederick Marcum; and his siblings, Lewis B. Marcum and Melissa Ellis (Chris). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Collins Funeral Home, Inc. of Switzer, WV (PO Box 307, Switzer, WV 25647/ 304-946-2212) for the cremation expenses.
