He is survived by: his children, John Shaw Jr. (Rebecca) of Ohio, Owen Shaw (Joanna) of Ohio and Lisa Clark (Scott) of Ohio; and his siblings, Russell Shaw (Phoebe) of Barker Ridge, Grant Shaw Jr. (Phyllis) of Little Birch, Virginia Mae Johnson of Shaw Hollow, Emogene Payne of Shaw Hollow and Elizabeth Utt of Sutton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
