He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana B. Ramsey and Helen L. Ramsey; his sister Barbara Ramsey; his son Christopher M. Ramsey; and his granddaughter MaChaela A. Keener.
He is survived by: his siblings, Myrtle Utley and Ralph Ramsey; his children, Stacy Jirles (Lisa), Leslie Ramsey, Douglas Duckworth, Timothy Todd (Irina), Dana Ramsey (Barb), Tonya Haley, Carlina Ramsey, David Ramsey and Jamie Jones; and his close friends, Leonard McElwaine, Beaver (Toby Gill), Jack Friend, Harry Stout and William Goodson. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
