He was predeceased by: his parents, Brant M. Butcher and Nelly C. Butcher (Claypool). He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Butcher (Squires); his daughter Lisa Mitchell (Rob) of Beckley, WV; his granddaughter Katherine Mitchell; and his sisters, Freda Boggs of Appex, NC and Annie Freeman of Sutton, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
