He was predeceased by: his parent Collins Underwood, Sr.; and his siblings, Ralph, Samuel, John Rudolph, David Underwood, Phillip Underwood, Rose Ella Underwood, Pauline Moats and Hazel Underwood.

He is survived by: his parent Rosebud Ella Curry Underwood.
