He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward William Hartlove and Ivy Catherine Whittington Hartlove; his son Doug Hartlove; and his siblings, Judy Smith, Denny Hartlove, Eddie Hartlove and Jerry Hartlove.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Hartlove (Frith); his children, Brent Hartlove (Tina) of Shenandoah Junction, Curtis Hartlove of Summit Point, Debra Seal (John) of Martinsburg, Lori Vecchio of Charles Town and Dee Dee Hough of Summit Point; and his sister Bonnie McCubbin of Hamstead, Maryland. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren.
