She is survived by: her father Thomas Leroy Boone; her husband Joshua James Neff; her children, Makayla Neff, Levi Neff, Logan Neff and Lucas Neff; her siblings, Samantha Boone, Amanda McCartney and Matthew Boone; her nephew Jackson Smith; and her niece Shalynn Boone. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
