It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldridge Amick in Summersville, West Virginia, born in Leivasy, West Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oate Amick and Betty Trout Amick; his wife Ruth Nutter Amick; his son Eldridge Amick, Jr.; his grandchildren, Andra Dawn Gajdos and Edward Don Bailes; his brothers, Chester Amick and James Amick; and his stepson-in-law Donis Snider, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Griffin (James) of Summersville; his stepchildren, Annette "Sis" Snider of Nettie, Outhelia "Sue" Taylor (Tony) of Victor, Billy Younts (Joanne) of Craigsville and Jimmy Younts (Lou Ann) of Nettie; and his sister Bonnie Richmond (Clarence) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as extended family.
