She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Downey, Sr. (Wheeler); her granddaughter Sara Downey; her siblings, Tommy, Helen, Lehr, Kimmy, Carl Lloyd and Dan; and her father Carl Bean.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Curtis (Dave), James Downey and Steve Downey (Sheree); her granddaughters, Sydney Downey and Jessica Downey; and her siblings, Eddie Bean (Kim), Carlene Wright and Madolyn Candelaria (Ellie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
