He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, David (Debbie), Eric (Hollie) and Michelle; his siblings, Sharon (Bill), Marcella (Steve), Dottie (Phillip), Rosemary (David), Sue (Larry) and Eddie (Donna); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Mariah, Skyler, Jason, Blake, Shane, Luke and Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Phoebe, Nevaeh, Isiah, Ayden and Braylon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
