She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Young and Freda Dye Young; and her brother Tommy Wright. She is survived by: her son David Thurston; her granddaughter Makayla Thurston; her siblings, Mary Holdren and Eddie "Bubby" Wright; and her nephews, Robbie Holdren, Yorkie and Zoey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to offset the cost of the service to Curry Funeral Home, PO Box 9, Alum Creek, WV 25003.
