He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Wentz and Sharon Louise Wentz (Holstein); his siblings, Edward Wayne Wentz (Jordan) and Sheila Lollar (Ray); his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Wentz, Elise Wentz, Hunter O'Connor and Jennifer Lollar; and his great-nephew Avery Lollar.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest donations to assist in offsetting the funeral costs.
