With solemn reverence, we commemorate William David Conley of Sugar Grove, West Virginia, whose life came to an end on March 21, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Conley, Sr. and Hazel Conley (Elkins); his former wife Mary Jo Conley (Burditus); his wife Betty Frances Conley (Hanna); his daughter Pamela Fowler; and his siblings, Sally, Conrad and George.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Conley-Phillips (Bruce) of Chesapeake, VA and William Conley, Jr. (Sheila) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Heather Wood (Stephen), Chaz Fowler (Teddy), Skyler Ragsdale (Dani), Brooke Johnson (Austin), Morgan Gardner (Christopher) and Dalton Conley; and his great grandchildren, Kellon Johnson, Abigail Wood, Carter, Caden Garden, Rainey and Kyle Fowler.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (826 Blue Gray Trail, Franklin, WV 26807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
