He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Harper, Sr. and Ella Sites Harper; and his sister Lucille Bowers. He is survived by: his children, Debra Glover (Benjamin) of Sugar Grove, WV and Dr. Terry Harper (Sonja) of Sugar Grove, WV; his stepdaughter Michelle Simmons of Waynesboro, VA; his sisters, Danese Jones (Landon) of Alexandria, VA and Jean Mason of Clarksburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Dr. Brent Glover, Breena Johnson, Britteny Glover, Brooke Glover, Dr. Brian Glover, Brandon Glover, Josh Harper, Elliott Harper, Alexxia Walton, Phillip Harper, Attorney Garrett Harper and Sophia Harper. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, An infant brother.
