He is survived by: his children, Nayone Moats Moore (Derrick Moore) of Laurel, MD, Myowne Moats of Waynesboro, VA, Tara Moats of Grottoes, VA and Tayshawn Strother of Verona, VA; his grandchildren, Rylen, LaMya, Kenlee, Kartyr and Khloe; and his sisters, Fay Moats (Charles) of Franklin, WV and Alma Moats (Leroy) of Staunton, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a number of cousins, special family and friends.
