She was predeceased by: her father Garland Rio; and her siblings, Wilson Terry and Frances Glenn. She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Kathryn Terry (Carroll); her husband Butch; her sons, Wesley Puffenbarger (Becky) of Sugar Grove and David Puffenbarger (Tabitha) of Sugar Grove; her sisters, Jane Daggy of Harrisonburg, Sue Terry of Mount Solon, Judy Foxx (Harry) of Mount Solon and Donna Jack (Steve) of Deerfield; her grandchildren, Ben, Emma, Nathan, Cole, Leah, Aria and Ella; and her sisters-in-law, Connie Terry of Staunton and Bonnie Reynolds of Toronto, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
