He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Rexrode (Eye); his brother Melvin Rexrode (Terry) of Monterey, VA; his brother-in-law Michael Eye (Kathy) of Sugar Grove, WV; his mother-in-law Violet Eye of Sugar Grove, WV; his niece Bethany Eye of Sugar Grove, WV; and his great-nephews, Alex Smith of Monterey, VA and Avery Smith of Hightown, VA..
