He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Catherine Cupp (Howdyshell); and his wife Anna Norene Eckard. He is survived by: his father Leon Stuart; his sons, Michael Cupp (Joyce) of Bridgewater and Douglas Botkin (Sandra) of Churchville; his grandsons, Wesley Cupp of Bridgewater and Douglas Dean Botkin (Brianna) of Churchville; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Alex and Piper Botkin; and his sisters, Marie C. Huffer of Bridgewater, Carolyn J. Petit of Weyers Cave and Judy F. Puffenbarger of Mount Solon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
