He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Russell Hills and Dorothy Ann Marceron Hills; his brother Jeff Hills; and his nephew Christopher Hills. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Davis Hills; his stepson Jonathan Stone of Reynoldsburg; his brothers, Kim Hills of Mechanicsville, MD, Steve Hills of Ocean City, MD and Scott Hills (Phyllis); and his grandchildren, Fiona Stone and Regan Stone. He is also survived by one One nephew And five nieces.
