Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ellen Mitchell (Sugar Grove, West Virginia), born in Green Bank, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 86, on April 30, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward McLaughlin and Wilda Blizzard Stargell; and her husband Harold Hugh "Bud" Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Cary Hevener (George) of Brandywine, WV and Hugh Mitchell (Pat) of Charlottesville, VA; her brother Neil McLaughlin of Charlottesville, VA; her grandchildren, Whit Mitchell (Lauren) of Burlington, NC, Tyler Mitchell (Brittany) of Barboursville, VA and Jordan Hevener of Holly Springs, GA; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Max and Sam Mitchell. She is also survived by One brother-in-law, Three sisters-in-law, And a number of nieces and nephews, Four sisters-in-law.
COVID-19 regulations will remain in effect during that time.
