It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane David Thompson of Sugar Grove, West Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Pearl Cayton Thompson of Broadway and Donald L. Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
