He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Moats and Jeanetta Belle Moats of Huntington, WV; his stepchildren, Elaine Arbogast of Sugar Grove, Melissa Moats (Ricky) of Grottoes, VA and Roger Tingler of Pittsburgh, PA; and his siblings, Dellamae Redman of Franklin, WV, Arlene Williams (Samuel) of Stuarts Draft, VA, Darlene Barrow (Debow) of Sugar Grove, WV, Dorthea Nelson of Fishersville, VA, Linda Woodson (Alphonso) of Waynesboro, VA, Genevieve Moats of Killeen, TX, Karen Juarez (Reuben) of Mt. Jackson, VA, Allen Moats (Kaye) of Sugar Grove, WV, David Moats (Tracy) of Grottoes, VA, Bobby Moats (Liza) of Crimora, VA, Ricky Moats (Melissa) of Grottoes, VA and Frank Moats of Bridgewater, VA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
