She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lopez and Rosa Scarchelle Lopez; her husband William "Bill" Joseph DeFazio; her grandson Samuel Alvaro II; and her siblings, Kathern Paugh (Richard) of Virginia and John.
She is survived by: her son Billy Joe DeFazio (Regina) of Stonewood; her grandchildren, Angela DeFazio Alvaro (Sam) of Clarksburg and Frankie DeFazio (Tavia) of Clarksburg; her great grandchildren, Franchesca Alvaro, Gina Alvaro, Grayce DeFazio, Anna DeFazio and Anthony DeFazio; her sister Mary Ann Malcolm (Bill) of Stonewood; her pet Cooper; and her grandchildren, Jimmie Lopez (Edith), Frankie Lopez and Louie Lopez.
