He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark (Mose) and Floa Marie Shomo Wagner; and his siblings, Dorothy Everson, Carol McGinnis, Louise Bartlett, Herman and Robert Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hilliard, Russell Wagner Jr. (Nancy) and Patricia Collins (Leon); his grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Jessica Hilliard, Ashley Quinton, Dakota, Kasey and Tevin Halcomb; and his siblings, Jerl Wagner (Erma), Roy Wagner, Paul Wagner (Francie) and Lucille Bowers (Frank). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces; nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
