We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 93, Ruby E. Casto of Stonewood, West Virginia, born in Hepzibah, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Matthews and Verna Martin Matthews; her husband Bobby Lee Casto; her son Gary Wayne Taylor; and her brothers, Paul Leslie Matthews, Thomas Matthews, Sr., Marvin Matthews and Clarence.

She is survived by: her son Robert Casto (Holly) of White Hall; her daughter-in-law Suella Taylor of Jane Lew; her grandchildren, Travis Casto, Bobbi Jean Tidd (Jeffrey), Trent Casto, Kevin Taylor and Rebekah Baker (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Madison Taylor, Ellie, Aubree Baker, Clara Jean and Roslyn Tidd.
