He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Manuel and Theda O. "Bobbie" Ford DePolo; his grandparents, Pete, Theresa Lucente DePolo, Martin L. and Lucy Cunningham Ford; his brother Ted "Bruzzy" DePolo; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Ann Fazio Zorick, Frank Fazio, II and Carl W. McIntyre.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fazio DePolo; his grandchildren, Zane Dixon (Nathan McCloud) of Reno, NV and Brittny Dixon Elbon (Lee) of Stonewood; his great grandchildren, Riley, Graysen Shane, Waylon and Ella; his sister A. Sharon Bottura (Ed) of Jeffersonville, PA; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Fazio McIntyre (Rick Spencer), Tammy Freeman Fazio and Richard Zorick; his nephew Brett Bottura (Jennifer Randisi) of Coatsville, PA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Miranda, Kira, Melina, Richie Zorick (Robin), Michael Zorick (April), David Peasak (Diane), Tim Peasak (Michelle), Jeff Fazio (Shannon), Anthony Fazio and Preston Peasak; and also Kelley Bernardyn. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, close cousins and close friends.
