He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Wagner and Floa Shomo Wagner; his wife Pauline Katherine Krivosky; and his siblings, Herman Wagner, Dorothy Everson, Louise Bartlett and Carol McGinnis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Wagner of Virginia, Jerl Wagner (Erma) of Ohio, Russell Wagner of Monongah, Paul Wagner (Francie) of Shinnston and Lucille Bowers (Frank) of Monongah; and his niece Kathy Parsons of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
