She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Christopher and Lillian Cutting Blake; her husband Carl Charles Fragmin; her son Ronald "Ronnie" Fragmin; her siblings, Ronald Blake and Hazel Osborne; and her sons-in-law, Rodney Lowther and Hank Vest.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Fragmin of Hastings Run, Christopher Fragmin (Jackie) of Stonewood, Barbara Lowther of Nutter Fort and Linda Vest of Clarksburg; and her grandchildren, David Cottrill, Laura Leggett (Danny), Veronica Cunningham, Steve Fragmin (Rhonda), Bryan Fragmin, Amber Fragmin, Dustin Fragmin, Crystal Bennett (Scott), Melanie Rathman (Matt) and Andy Lowther (Kayla). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and Several nieces and nephews.
