He was predeceased by: his parents, Isauro Velazquez and Maria Diaz Velazquez. He is survived by: his wife Jean Velazquez; his children, David Allen Velazquez of Lost Creek, Maria Elena Velazquez of Stonewood and Heather Anne Velazquez of Stonewood; his grandchildren, Gaven Michael Velazquez of Lost, Adesa Madison Velazquez of Lost, Kenleigh Grace Velazquez of Lost and McKenzie Faith Velazquez of Lost; and his siblings, Veronica Velazquez of Mexico, Concha Velazquez of Mexico, Fidel Velazquez of Mexico and Jesus Velazquez of Mexico. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
